We are happy to provide you with a detailed invoice with the appropriate codes for you to submit to your insurance on your own. All correspondence would go through you, the insured.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and cash. Flex Spending or Health Savings Accounts can also be used for vision therapy.
